Is a BAST sauna tent as hot as a traditional sauna?
Yes. BAST saunas are wood-fired and designed to deliver a genuine sauna experience, reaching temperatures above 100°C under suitable conditions.
How long does a sauna tent take to heat up?
Depending on the outside temperature, a BAST sauna tent takes approximately 10–25 minutes to reach the desired sauna temperature. In mild weather, 10–15 minutes is usually enough. In freezing conditions, allow around 20–25 minutes. The powerful wood-burning stove can reach temperatures above 100°C.
Can I use a BAST sauna in winter?
Yes. The insulated tent construction and wood-fired stove make BAST particularly suited to cold-weather outdoor use. Outside temperature and weather conditions can affect heating time.
What's the difference between Näver Basic, Näver Premium and Björk Premium?
Näver Basic provides the essentials for getting started. Näver Premium offers a more complete package in the compact Näver format. Björk Premium provides more interior space for larger groups and families.

Where can I set up a BAST sauna tent?
BAST is designed as a mobile outdoor sauna. It can be set up in suitable outdoor locations where the tent can be securely installed and the wood-burning stove and chimney can be operated safely. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable local regulations.
How easy is it to set up and pack away?
Thanks to the clever pop-up design, the sauna tent takes less than two minutes to set up. Simply pull out the five tent walls, secure the tent with ground stakes and storm lines, then position the wood-burning stove and light the fire. Once everything has completely cooled down, the tent and stove pack neatly into their carrying bags.
