How We Met Daniel
We first crossed paths with Daniel four years ago, when he took on the catering for the Swiss Economic Forum in Thun. A demanding task – precise, calm, hospitable and perfectly executed. Since then, we have had the pleasure of supporting him each year with this catering.
Over time, our collaboration has grown into something more organic: trust, mutual respect and a shared passion for outstanding culinary experiences.

Today, an OFYR stands on the Moosegg, surrounded by the picturesque Emmental landscape of rolling hills and forest. What might be just a grill for some becomes a versatile tool in Daniel’s hands: a source of warmth, a focal point for gatherings and a stage for outdoor cooking experiences.
