How Our Paths Crossed
We first met Mänu in the summer of 2022, during the Farmers Tavolata in Rosshäusern. SiLOU Wines supported the event with their beautifully crafted wines – elegant, honest and deeply rooted in the region.
That evening, between long tables, grilled vegetables and people gathered under the sky, something clicked. We stayed in touch, shared projects and discovered that our values aligned: authenticity, craftsmanship, and community.
Since then, our relationship has grown naturally – built on moments, not meetings.
Grill Evenings Above Lake Biel
If you have ever visited SiLOU, you know: their terrace in Tüscherz-Alfermée is a place where time slows down.
Throughout the year, Mänu hosts grill evenings on the terrace – warm, generous gatherings overlooking the lake, surrounded by vines and the scent of fire. The combination of wine, landscape and the glow from the grill creates an atmosphere that feels effortless and deeply connected to the region.
