Fuel type & burn capacity

Recommended amount of wood: 35kg off wood for an evening of 4 hours
Burn capacity (before you need to empy ashes): In general, 4-5 hours in smaller grills and 9-11 in larger grill sizes.

Care & maintenance

Black-coated OFYR models require more maintenance than the Corten steel models and are more susceptible to scratches and damage, despite their high-quality coating. We recommend using a cover when not in use.

Although the coating of the Black Cooking Units is very strong, it is always possible that scratches will occur. Therefore with every Black Cooking Unit a touch up bottle comes for free, which can be used to repair minor damage.
