All OFYR cooking units are built to a professional specification, but this super-sized model is specially suited to catering for larger groups. With a diameter of 150 cm
there is space for two chefs to work simultaneously and serve up to 150 persons. For even more versatility an optional XL grill and other OFYR grill accessories are
available.

- Burn capacity (before you need to empy ashes): In general, 4-5 hours in smaller grills and 9-11 in larger grill sizes.
Since all OFYR corten grills are meant for outdoor use, they will rust naturally. Oil splatters can also leave marks on the Corten Steel base, which can't be removed. By oiling the base after cooking, the splatters will blend into the new oil layer. This will darken the base, but this does result in a more classic look and feel over time.
